JUNO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, is a division of Juno Real Estate,
Inc. Juno Real Estate, Inc. was in established 1974 and has over 35 years of
experience in the property management business. The company restricts its
business mainly to the management of small residential units, houses, condos
and apartment buildings of less than fifty units. Our MISSION is to provide outstanding service to our clients, the tenants and the
property owners. For the tenants, we provide good value housing, timely
maintenance and fair dealings. For the property owners we provide screen
tenants, cost effective maintenance, monthly financial reports and total
management of their properties. We have many long term tenants and property
owners as clients.
Our president and real estate broker for the company is Howard Peterson. He is
a licensed real estate Broker in California and Nevada. He is also a licensed
attorney in California and DC and a CPA in Texas. His experience and
knowledge is a great asset to the company.
Our property manager, Elaine Sin, has worked for the company over fifteen
years, she and her staff are devoted to providing outstanding service.
